Our area is known as a dining destination that punches above its weight, with fabulous locally-owned and operated restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, plus an abundance of national chain and fast-casual options. Our list below is limited to Waynesville & Haywood County (plus one in Jackson County), but of course, we are also not far from the world-class restaurant scene in downtown Asheville.

As a small town, some restaurants close on slower days (Sundays through Tuesdays) and for staff vacations during certain seasons, so always check hours before you venture out!
