The Andon-Reid Inn Bed & Breakfast in beautiful Waynesville, North Carolina, offers a charming alternative to your typical vacation rental. Imagine reserving the entire inn exclusively for your group, where you can relax and enjoy an elegant yet fun atmosphere!

With seven stunning guest rooms and suites, a fabulous game room boasting a generous bar, pool table, shuffleboard, and so much more, plus plenty of sprawling patios, porches, and lawns, your stay at the Andon-Reid Inn will be nothing short of unforgettable. But that’s not all! Explore a plethora of nearby activities that will keep your group engaged and entertained throughout your stay.

Ready to Reserve the Whole Inn?

Here is What You Can Look Forward To:

  • No lower age limit – Feel free to bring your well-behaved little ones along!
  • Accommodations for more than 15 guests – Depending on your group’s needs, we can arrange for extra beds, meaning up to 18 guests could join in the fun!
  • Exclusive access to the inn’s facilities – Enjoy the cozy public areas for gatherings anytime you want! Breakfast is always included, and you can easily arrange for catered lunches or dinners. We’re here to help with setup, tableware, and cleanup (facility fees apply). Please note the kitchen is not available for guest use due to health regulations.
  • Note: This applies only to direct bookings made by calling 828-452-3089.

A few important policies to keep in mind for whole house rentals and bookings of 3 or more rooms:

  • Single booking – The whole inn must be booked in one go – seven separate bookings do not allow for relaxed policies or exclusive use.
  • Deposit and payment – A 50% deposit is due upon booking, with the remaining balance to be paid 60 days before your check-in date.
  • Additional guest fees – Any extra guests (infants in cots excluded) will incur the standard additional guest fee.
  • Facility fees may apply – Fees depend on the level of setup and cleanup required. Please give us a call to discuss!
  • Cancellation policy
    • All payments are *final and non-refundable* should your event be canceled at any time for any reason. We recommend adding travel insurance for peace of mind.
    • Partial cancellations will result in the canceled rooms being available to guests outside your group. Consequently, whole house benefits, such as age restrictions (16 and older) will apply. Each room can accommodate only 2 guests (3 in the Magnolia Suite), and exclusive access to the inn’s facilities may no longer be guaranteed.
