Our parking lot is equipped with two ChargePoint CPF50 charging stations. Charge up at your convenience to make sure you are ready for amazing WNC adventures! Make sure to have the ChargePoint app installed or available before arrival.

The basement game room is a large space built for having fun and relaxing. We have a pool table, shuffleboard table, board games, two TVs, a bar area, massage chair, dart board, chess set, and vintage Scrabble, Clue and Monopoly boards. So much fun to be had in our speakeasy-style space!

Guest Lounge & Sun Room

Relax with a View of the Mountains

The Guest Lounge is a large main entrance room with wraparound windows, tall ceilings, a stunning fireplace, and comfortable seating areas. The ounge also includes our bar area, with all-day coffee and tea, light noshes, soft drinks, ice, and more! We also have two breakfast tables in our lounge, which overlooks the magnificent Eagle's Nest Mountain.

Plenty of Spots to Sit and Enjoy the View

The porch is a guest favorite! It wraps around from the guest lounge to the foyer entrance. We have a couch and rocking chairs, ceiling fans with remote controls, views of the mountains, and of course, our charming outdoor inn cat, Rosie!

An Outdoor Oasis

The outdoor patio just below the porch is one of the most spectacular spots on the property. This space overlooks the mountain and features a natural gas fire pit, umbrellas, tables, and rocking chairs. A perfect spot for a picnic, a nightcap, or just to watch the fireflies dance throughout the lawn.

Feel the Embrace of the Mountains

Our gorgeous lawn slopes gently down from the main Inn and features plenty of spots to sit and enjoy the mountains. And for those looking for a bit of fun, we have lawn games available in a cabinet on the patio!

Morning Coffee Bar

Plenty of Ways to Get Caffeinated!

Our morning coffee bar features fresh-brewed coffee, cream, and flavored syrups early in the morning before breakfast. We also feature Keurig machines in our guest lounge and in each room, so you are never without a way to get your favorite hot beverage!

Private Parking Lot

Stress-free & secure

Our parking lot has seven spots (one for each room) and is tucked away in the corner of our property right off the main entrance. No long walks, no parking on the street, plus in the late fall and winter, when the leaves are down, a beautiful view of the mountains across West Waynesville!
