Personal information comprises first and last name plus additional guest names, address, phone number, email address, credit card details, other information provided by you during the booking process (e.g. dietary preferences, special occasions) that is pertinent to your stay.

All electronic personal data is stored securely by our reservation system provider, ThinkReservations.

Email, Newsletters and Text Messages
We use email and text messaging to communicate reservation details and reminders to our guests. These messages are informational and transactional in nature and never include marketing. We do not sell your information to any 3rd parties. Users can opt out of email communication and text message communication at any time.
We maintain a monthly newsletter that we send out only to guests and users who have explicitly opted in to receive our newsletter. We do not automatically add guests to our newsletter list unless specifically opted-in and confirmed.
