Driving Directions:

Andon-Reid Inn Bed & Breakfast is located a little over a half mile from downtown Waynesville, NC. at 92 Daisey Avenue.

Our Waynesville bed and breakfast, just minutes from Asheville, is the perfect home base for exploring Western North Carolina. When you stay with us, you’ll be able to enjoy all of the wonderful activities and attractions this area has to offer including relaxing drives on the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway, touring Biltmore Estate, hiking and skiing in the Smoky Mountains, shopping, antiquing, and much, much more.

Please follow our directions.  Some GPS units can be a little unreliable near the inn.  Also, take be sure to note the alternate directions option once you get to Boyd Avenue!

From Asheville – Approx 32 miles

Take I-40 West to Exit 27 (Waynesville/Maggie Valley/Cherokee/Atlanta) (Hwy 19-23-74). Continue on Hwy 74W/23S to Exit 100 (Hazelwood). Exit and turn left at stop sign onto Eagles Nest Road. Continue to the 1st stoplight and turn left onto Sulphur Springs Road. Continue on for .7 mile and take the first right onto Boyd Avenue. Cross a small stream and railroad tracks. At the stop sign turn left (this is also Boyd Avenue) and take the first right onto Daisey Avenue (this turn is acute or almost hairpin). The Andon-Reid Inn Bed & Breakfast is the 2nd house on the right. 

Alternately, to avoid the sharp turn on Daisey Avenue, turn right after you cross the railroad tracks and then take an immediate left onto Balsam Drive.  Take your first left onto Clifton Street and then another left onto Daisy Avenue.  Look for the driveway before the Andon-Reid sign!

From Knoxville – Approx 100 miles

From Atlanta – Approx 170 miles

Hwy 441 North out of Clayton, GA to Dillsboro, NC. Pick up 23/74 East toward Waynesville. Continue on 23/74 to Exit 100 and turn right from the off ramp onto Hazelwood Ave. Take the first left onto Sulphur Springs Road. Continue straight past the traffic light. After 0.9 miles turn right on Boyd Ave and cross the railroad tracks. At the stop sign turn left, and very shortly afterward take a sharp uphill right onto Daisey Avenue.  The Andon-Reid Inn Bed & Breakfast is the 2nd house on the right.

From Chatanooga – Approx 170 miles

Take I-75 N toward Knoxville. Take exit 20 toward US-64 E/Cleveland and merge onto US-74 E. Upon entering North Carolina keep left to continue on US-74 E/Great Smoky Mountains Exp. Take exit 100 and turn right from the off ramp onto Hazelwood Ave. Take the first left onto Sulphur Springs Road. Continue straight past the traffic light. After 0.9 miles turn right on Boyd Ave and cross the railroad tracks. From Charlotte – Approx 154 miles

Take I-85 S. Take exit 17 for US-321 continue for approximately 30 miles. Take exit 43 for I-40 toward Asheville. Continue for about 95 miles.
