COVID 19 latest – Haywood County Stay at Home Proclamation

What a difference a week makes.  Just last week we are happy to let you know that the Andon-Reid Inn was open for business and all set-up to look after our guests during the COVID 19 situation. Haywood County has just issued a “stay at home proclamation” effective from this evening March 26 until April 16. This means we are now not permitted to accept any guests who are staying for the purposes of leisure travel during this period.

We have been very much looking forward meeting our Spring guests at the Andon-Reid Inn and are very sorry if the County’s response to the ongoing COVID-19 situation has forced a disruption to your travel plans.

We sincerely hope that we will be permitted to accept guests again in the not-too-distant future, and that you will then take the opportunity to book your stay with us.  In the meantime, please continue to take all the recommended precautions to keep yourselves safe and healthy.

PS: If the purpose of your proposed visit is work-related we may be allowed to host you.  Please call us on (828) 452 3089 if this is the case.Sunken stone patio with firepit, comfy outdoor furniture, beautiful landscaping, and view of inn with all the lights on
