Room Occupancy & Rates
Our room rates are dynamic and do change based on market demand, seasonality, and other factors. Rates are the same per room for both single and double occupancy. All rooms allow only 2 guests maximum per room, except for The Magnolia Suite, which can sleep 3 guests using the pull-out sofa bed. An additional guest fee of $50 per room per night (plus taxes) applies. We do not allow sleeping bags or inflatable beds in any room.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates purchased at the Andon-Reid are always accepted, however, please note any terms or expiration dates noted on your certificate. To redeem a gift certificate, please call us at 828-452-3089 and quote your certificate number. Gift Certificates are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Third-party gift certificates or vouchers (such as Select Registry and/or bnbfinder) are also accepted, however, we reserve the right to limit the number of redemptions of third-party certificates for any single reservation.
Minimum Night Stays & Day-of Bookings
On the weekends (Friday & Saturday nights), we have a strict 2-night minimum stay requirement. During the weekdays, we do open up some of our rooms for 1-night stays (Sunday-Thursday nights). Please check our availability or call us at 828-542-3089 for more information.
Extended Stays Longer than 7 Days
For stays longer than 7 days, online bookings are not available. If you wish to book longer than 7 days, please call us at 828-452-3089 and we will be happy to help you.
Deposits, Cancellation & No-Shows

In the event of a guest no-show, the entire balance of the stay will be charged to the credit card on file with no exceptions. We send both email and text message reminders of all reservations to guests with valid cell phone and email addresses on file.
Text Message Communication
By confirming your booking, you agree to receive SMS messages from us regarding your reservation prior, during, and after your stay. You may opt out of these messages at any time by replying “Stop.”
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in Time is 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Please do not arrive prior to 3pm. Please contact us in advance if you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM to receive instructions on late check-in procedure.
Check-Out Time is 11:00 AM.
Children
Children 16 and over are welcome.
Pets
While we love pets personally, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at the Inn (please contact us regarding service animals). Per NC statute 168-4.5 passed in 2005, misrepresenting an animal as a service animal is a violation and is prosecuted as a class 3 misdemeanor.
Smoking, Vaping and Open Flame Devices
We are a non-smoking Inn. Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed anywhere on our property except for the designated location at the rear of the parking lot. If it is determined that you have been smoking in our guest rooms, then you will be charged a $350.00 fee to cover cleaning and loss of revenue.
Use of candles, incense and other open flame devices are prohibited in the Inn.
Parking
Parking is provided in our private, on-property, off-street lot behind the Inn. There is one parking space available per room. If you require additional parking spaces or will be towing a trailer, please contact the Inn to make arrangements. Vehicles parked are done so at vehicle owner’s risk.
Quiet Hours
The Inn asks its guest to observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. All the amenities of the Inn are still available during this time, we simply ask the noise level be kept at a minimum.
Visitors & Guests
Visitors of guests are welcome to join guests in public areas of the Inn prior to 10PM, but please note our quiet hours policy and be respectful of other registered guests. For visitors of guests who would like to join us for breakfast, please contact us for availability. An additional charge applies.
Alcohol
We do not have a North Carolina ABC license currently, so we are unable to sell wine, beer or spirits to our guests at this time. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own alcohol and consume on our premises. We have plenty of glasses, cups, & openers available.
Damage or Loss of Property
In the unfortunate event of any missing or damage items or Inn property, you may be held responsible and be required to pay for their repairs or replacement. This is at the discretion of management and will be charged to your credit card with sufficient advance notice.
