Sponsored by the Maggie Valley Chamber of Commerce, this is the resurrection of a true destination race and a terrific opportunity for a vacation in one of America's most scenic regions. Run this race, enjoy the panoramic majesty of the Great Smoky Mountains, and hit the trails and the whitewater. This one is unique and located in a stunningly beautiful location.The event is an 8K road race that begins at 8:30pm on Saturday, August 25, 2012. The race will start and finish at the Maggie Valley Festival Grounds. All pre and post race activities will take place inside the Maggie Valley Festival Grounds.
